A pictorial inventory of your home and its contents is completed during our onboarding process, and we encourage our homeowners to require their guests to purchase property damage insurance at the time of booking. Our conscientious housekeeping team look for and report any damage or missing items as a part of their prescribed cleaning and inspection routines.
During the onboarding process, you determine the hours and manner of contacting you in the event of an emergency. If you are not available, Simply Home will act on your behalf to ensure the protection of your property and contents.
